Understanding boss and company policy

I loved working at Anderson news it's a great company.

Love it, its a great feeling to be a part of a company thats more like family, team work is dream work!

They dont pay enough for the work we do

I love it .... I look forward to coming to work. I enjoy having a purpose each day. I want to thank everyone for the opportunity to be here. The only thing I would have to change is the management. Because they are of a higher pay grade some should act like it. Be the leader that they claim to be.

They are very professional and drive you to the top of your career. Literally, some of the best people and talents you will ever get to work or along side

Friendly and take the time to interact when we see them in the office.

My boss is awesome but the higher ups arent

They want and encourage you to learn as much as possible about the job and business

They all help out when needed. Not much complaining

On how to be a leader on how not to follow your employees as if they were in charge of you and you not in charge of them like maybe be a manager like you're supposed to be and give everybody an equal opportunity instead of just singling one person out and excluding them and always nitpicking.

The way they treat their employees

I love the travel expenses

The travel. You get paid for what time it takes to get from point A to B. I don't like the whole expense report. It's just easier to include this with the weekly pay

Well I believe I deserve a higher pay for a person who just started a month ago it took me one day to learn what a mod was and a guy you know the gandolas and to set a mod and to build and having to be the person that you know the manager calls on at all times to go and clean up everybodys mess

First being understaffed puts more pressure and more work on the employees they have. The employees of Walmart are allowed to dictate things they shouldn't be allowed to dictate, and they gossip and talk bad about all merchandisers

They were very hard workers

They work hard to find competitive benefits and modernize our policies.

Competitive against each other made me work harder.

Everyone is super chill and nice

We have a great group at the moment. We get our nightly tasks done with time left to spare. But on occasion there's nights nothing can go right

Maybe work together as a team and maybe actually do their job instead of being lazy and having somebody else come behind them and do their job for them do you understand like because they know that somebody else is going to come behind them and do the job they just don't do it right the first time a

Some are fine but others need to be better team players

Nothing is positive about the work environment. As I've stated, they gossip and talk bad about merchandisers. They also have sought me out multiple times to yell or complain over things that are not true or things they do not have authority over
