I love it .... I look forward to coming to work. I enjoy having a purpose each day. I want to thank everyone for the opportunity to be here. The only thing I would have to change is the management. Because they are of a higher pay grade some should act like it. Be the leader that they claim to be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just waking up and knowing that I got a job and that I have a purpose in life is the most amazing feeling in the world I come from a rough background so just being able to come in everyday and work is something that is inspiring to me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
On how to be a leader on how not to follow your employees as if they were in charge of you and you not in charge of them like maybe be a manager like you're supposed to be and give everybody an equal opportunity instead of just singling one person out and excluding them and always nitpicking.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Maybe work together as a team and maybe actually do their job instead of being lazy and having somebody else come behind them and do their job for them do you understand like because they know that somebody else is going to come behind them and do the job they just don't do it right the first time a
What did you like most about the interview process?
Just that I was giving the opportunity at all just to how would I put it just to because at a first appearance where I first glance it's like I don't know perception is everything like a for like I get stereotyped I guess cuz of my tattoos but just getting the chance to work and show that I can do a
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I believe I deserve a higher pay for a person who just started a month ago it took me one day to learn what a mod was and a guy you know the gandolas and to set a mod and to build and having to be the person that you know the manager calls on at all times to go and clean up everybodys mess
