- What makes you most happy at work?Again, the Sales team, working as a team for the final goal to make the customer(s) happy. To be an important part of the group and to complete each day with the feeling you went above and beyond. Hopefully make it to retirement within your job/ have management be fair and appreciative of you,
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Outside SALES team, they are a great group of men, decent, kind and hardworking. I find that they are very appreciative of the help they receive and build strong bonds with the in-plant personnel. Inside sales helps, outside sales, that is a win for everyone. That is how the bond is built.
