I just need to get possibility to work (hours). Without work I can't get any compensation. Probably I don't get hours since I am a new employee.
All of those I work with who are paid around the same are barely making it. Giving us discounts, free stuff, and a pat on the back isn't a feasible means of income.
Any recognition for what employees have dealt with during the past year of Covid. The corporate office is completely disconnected from the stores. There is zero support.
Hourly pay is about average but it is not a liveable wage where I live.
