What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Tolls and proper equipment to do their jobs and proper veting and training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health insurance is unacceptable cost to the employee for the size of the company. Decisions and protocols made without insight from staff that lives, breathes and sees day to day issiues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen and actually HEAR what their employees are needing. Stop the bleeding and top heavy management. Outsourcing consultant recommendations that are thrown out the window 6 months later than done again cause they aren't progressing or making enough money to support their bonuses.
