Salary is an important way to compensate an employee for the work they do. I do not feel my salary is enough to justify the work I do, the time I put in, and the effort I give.

I am occasionally sought out for employment elsewhere, and the pay and benefits are often quite impressive. I believe it is impossible for the company to fairly evaluate me because I don't believe my position is well understood and I think my failures are often caused by larger company issues.

I think the competitor in the domain are providing salaries which are about 20 to 25% above. The perks are also better some even pay the kid school fee. My feedback is based on the average on what is happening in the domain.
