I am unclear on how we will evolve for the future of our market and have nearly zero confidence that the people setting our strategy understand the market, technology, or regulatory environment. I believe we don't understand the real selling points of our product relative to our competitors' issues.

It feels like many people are on the cusp of burn out. More communication/ contact with the ELT. Town Halls- the Business would need to understand that initial feedback may be unconstructive/ negative but facing it and providing feedback will better the situation.

Too much work and a lack of understanding of just how much work someone has on their plate.

Some of the systems do not communicate well. Also, there is certain information that we need to obtain and the data is on the system but we have difficulties producing reports that translate the data into information that we can analyze.

Too many exceptions are made for individuals unprofessional behaviour and/or there own lack of engagement. Working with these people is tiring!

Criterion is not part of the main focus of Anuvu. As an unintended consequence, our division can often get left out and/or is verbally unrecognized for its contributions. I 100% understand this not intentional but rather a by-product of the company's overall growth initiatives.

Compensation related to the years we've been working in the company. Salaries are not equal comparing to collogues in the same region. In the same region or country, Company benefits for employees are different. (Ex Spain: some have food compensation and other employees don't).

More space for creativity. I feel trapped to provide quality creative work due to the lowball prices we have offered to our customers. Work gets mundane and tedious when we see the same low budget options everyday.

communication. we still haven't figured out how to make everyone work as a team. We have teams that work together, but don't understand what each other does. fly people around to get hands on, conduct overviews, meet and greets, cross-team anything. All stake holders should understand eachother.

I tried to talk to my manager about taking the next step in my career, to move up to a higher position and they completely shot me down. Told me it was better to focus on being a super star instead of looking to be promoted. That they had not even considered me for anything more.

Overall, our products are very, very good and competitive. However, we're not staffed to be able to keep up the quality of the product, and often the customer is frustrated with things we already know about, but can't do anything for because of lack of time/resources.
