What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is always in a hurry, and they usually do not have time for employees. Decisions are usually rushed and not thought through. Slow down and take the time to listen to your employees' feedback.

Better understanding of what is going on at lower levels where things get done, a better understanding of the needs of the team, and better leadership to make the team work outside silos and work as a unique force with the same objective
Put clear objectives, retain high performing employees, increase stability and reduce changes.

The leadership team needs to communicate more. What are our long term plans and strategic goals? Where do we want to be when we grow up. Right now it feels like we are going in 50 different directions with no clear plan.

Salary is an important way to compensate an employee for the work they do. I do not feel my salary is enough to justify the work I do, the time I put in, and the effort I give.

I am occasionally sought out for employment elsewhere, and the pay and benefits are often quite impressive. I believe it is impossible for the company to fairly evaluate me because I don't believe my position is well understood and I think my failures are often caused by larger company issues.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are unable to reach their full potential because our project management and process documentation are so poor. I believe we communicate with each other well, but our efforts are inefficient because our goals and paths to success are so unclear.

Despite some heavy restructuring through Covid etc, there is still a large contingent of employees that don't appear to be pulling for the team. At best they can be unhelpful, at worst passive aggressive particularly towards those who are trying to improve legacy practices and processes

I am unclear on how we will evolve for the future of our market and have nearly zero confidence that the people setting our strategy understand the market, technology, or regulatory environment. I believe we don't understand the real selling points of our product relative to our competitors' issues.

It feels like many people are on the cusp of burn out. More communication/ contact with the ELT. Town Halls- the Business would need to understand that initial feedback may be unconstructive/ negative but facing it and providing feedback will better the situation.
