I feel freedom and love that I get 10 paid holidays. It feels like I can take ownership and that works for me because I'm an entrepreneur at heart. I work for two locations and both owners are great!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay, not minimum, proper benefits

If I had more hours because then it would be worth my time going to work

Lack of experience with budgeting gynormois amounts of money.

I would love to invest and start being considered for benefits. I don't want to me a short term employee, I want to turn this into where we make happy healthy.

It all goes back to being a people person and coaching to inspire your team. A thank you goes a long way. Rewarding your top talent with 6-12 month performance reviews in the hopes of salary increases is crucial. Otherwise you'll end up with a de-motivated team only willing to do the bare minimum.
