If I had more hours because then it would be worth my time going to work

Lack of experience with budgeting gynormois amounts of money.

I would love to invest and start being considered for benefits. I don't want to me a short term employee, I want to turn this into where we make happy healthy.

It all goes back to being a people person and coaching to inspire your team. A thank you goes a long way. Rewarding your top talent with 6-12 month performance reviews in the hopes of salary increases is crucial. Otherwise you'll end up with a de-motivated team only willing to do the bare minimum.

The leadership team in top line management positions. It starts from the top. Celebrating the wins, instead of only acknowledging what staff do wrong. Team lunches, create a team culture.

Hiring should be heavily weighted on attitude, followed by talent followed by experience. Don't judge someone because of how they look or if they underperformed in the first round of interviews. We're all human at the end of the day.

The leadership team needs some serious restructuring. If you cannot coach to inspire your team, become a silent investor and hire top talent that can coach and inspire your team to reach new heights achievement and break records. If your staff are not happy neither will your customers
