It all goes back to being a people person and coaching to inspire your team. A thank you goes a long way. Rewarding your top talent with 6-12 month performance reviews in the hopes of salary increases is crucial. Otherwise you'll end up with a de-motivated team only willing to do the bare minimum.

Hiring should be heavily weighted on attitude, followed by talent followed by experience. Don't judge someone because of how they look or if they underperformed in the first round of interviews. We're all human at the end of the day.

The leadership team needs some serious restructuring. If you cannot coach to inspire your team, become a silent investor and hire top talent that can coach and inspire your team to reach new heights achievement and break records. If your staff are not happy neither will your customers
