Work gets done quickly and we support each other despite geographical challenges and time differences.
Humans who want to do a great job and believe in serving customers despite the operational complexity
We have daily stand ups to discuss our blockers and we jump in to support each where ever required.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, Infrastructure, Facilities, Fun Activities, Awareness sessions on Health etc
excellent, able to socialize and maintain a overall out put
It's all inclusive culture, Friday cultural events, the daily stand up meetings

Organising and more authority to hiring manager
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with different individuals, we learn to respect each others opinion and work with it or around it. Also having a boss with a good sense of humor. Once in a while we joke and laugh but when it come to the grind it business and jokes aside.
