ANZ Bank is a Bank that always upfront in taking up new challenges and new products and always want to create the best for its customers.

This is my 11yr in the organisation, at ANZ we never stop growing and learning. There is perfect work-life balance and the organization creates a condusive and safe environment for everyone.

Traditional hierarchy company that try to buy productivity saving through agile transformation however due to poor consultancy advise they stripped the key things that makes agile work; outcome orientated people with shared values

Working with different individuals, we learn to respect each others opinion and work with it or around it. Also having a boss with a good sense of humor. Once in a while we joke and laugh but when it come to the grind it business and jokes aside.
