AOL – They are easily tied with AT&T and Comcast as the worst customer service organization in existence. I pay for AOL Desktop Gold and my wife won't change to anyhting else becasue we have used it since 1994. They reduce importnat features, they NEVER solve a problem on chat or on the phone.
