I absolutely have hated my time working here and cannot wait to leave.

Horrible leadership. They preach about "caring for their employees" but the only people they care about is themselves.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company preaches of a good vibes environment to look good but what they do behind the scenes is cut people down.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Great people to work with but the stress from the job puts everyone in a bad mood since 99.9% of the employees there feel unappreciated.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Previous job history and experience. They hire employees with no prior experience but pay them more than those who have been with the company for several years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Awful compensation. New hires with less experience will come in making more than you when you've been there for 5+ years. Managers find every excuse to not give you a raise, they state it's not in the budget.
