Honest communication. Parroting buzzwords and acronyms is just a sign of insincerity and unoriginal thought. Also, spending. It's one thing to be frugal, it's another thing to always look for the cheapest way to do things.
Managing the actual business instead of financial engineering to boost the stock price
If i had a fair compensation. I would typically pass the annual reviews and would only get the standard 3% raise. Again, my manager probably had a say in this as well. He did not advocate for me

Higher pay and better benefits
Decisions based on true merit and performance contributions.
They are just there and don't do anything
A culture of truly caring for our colleagues rather than those at the top caring for themselves and what they could get paid.
Caring about people and investing in them
A more consistent process rathet than something too informal and unpredictable.
No investment in the business. Everything is being used to buy back shares
