Fair compensation for the role
Very high base + very fair commission structure. Company pays 100% of benefits. Each year they provide 2 all-expense paid trips (1 domestic/1 international) so we can come together & work & learn. Unlimited PTO, work from home allowed, enormous free food/snack/beer area, free-lunch catered every Fri
They pay VERY well. We work hard and play hard. We are compensated well above industry standards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my base was more in line with market compensation and if my OTE was higher and more realistic.
