Getting to interact with customers and coworkers
I love coming into the office each day and working with great people. But I'm happiest when I see all the puppies in the office. It makes me smile.

I love working on the product but it's the co-workers I work with to solve problems and come up with solutions that makes me the most happy!
When I first started at Appcast I was certain the other shoe would drop. It hasn't! It's still as much a dream job today as it was the day I started. As far as how clients are treated, I have worked in the space for a very long time at a couple competitors. Appcast actually cares about our clients.
I love going to work every day and working with such smart, hardworking people. We adapt and adjust to what the industry and our customers want. Our products were first to market too. It's so awesome to be able to say, "yes we can do that," and "we don't do that yet, but we will build that for you."

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Although we have a lot of internal promotions and lateral moves - I would love to see even more internal movement within the company and training for career pathing. We're growing!
