It has its pros and cons. The work is relatively easy and pretty enjoyable for most things, but the lack of communication and lack of stability is a major problem.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Provide better feedback when there is failure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's independent work so there is little interaction with other employees unless you go the chat community.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work whenever and wherever I choose as long as I meet the project requirements.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are not that great with communication. It can take days to get a reply if you ever even receive one at all. There is little feedback regarding problems and concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is atrocious and inconsistent across the board. Some raters make nearly twice as much as others and there is NO opportunity to ever increase your pay regardless of time or quality of work.
