Matt has spent most of his career building data platforms and applications that allow people to make data-driven decisions for digital transformation. He joined AppFolio in 2022 from C3 AI. Prior to that, Matt was Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of Engineering for AtScale, Inc., the market-leading big data analytics and data virtualization company. Earlier, Matt led engineering at Conductor, Yield Software, Chordiant Software, Motiva, and PeopleSoft.
Matt is an accomplished thought leader who is a regular speaker at major big data events, including Strata, Big Data World, Open Data Science, Big Data Innovation Summit, Big Data World, TheCube, and Data Day.
