What's the work from home policy like at AppFolio?
You can work from home a day or more a week - whatever you arrange with your manager. Remote and full-time work-from-home are unusual, but not unknown.
How's the work life balance at AppFolio?
Very good work/life balance. We work sustainably and try to avoid burn out. PTO is decent and alternate schedules can usually be accommodated.
