AppFolio CEO Shane Trigg Bio

Shane Trigg is President and Chief Executive Officer of AppFolio. Prior to becoming CEO, Shane served as AppFolio’s General Manager, Real Estate, leading strategy and operations for AppFolio Property Manager product and service offerings.

Shane has more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning sales and marketing, product and engineering, mergers and acquisitions, and general management within publicly-traded SaaS businesses. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Commerce Cloud, and Senior Vice President, Marketing Cloud for Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, he was Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for MRI Software (formerly Intuit Real Estate Solutions, Inc.), where he worked with real estate businesses all over the world to accelerate their growth and efficiency.

Shane is a member of the Forbes Business Council and a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital. He received a B.S. in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
