Prior to joining AppFolio in 2021, Fay Sien served as Chief Accounting Officer at ServiceNow, where she led, scaled, and transformed the accounting and finance operations function. Prior to ServiceNow, Fay Sien spent 11 years at Ernst & Young where she led external audits of large and pre-IPO technology companies.
Fay Sien currently serves on the board of directors of Coveo, a cloud provider of AI-based search technologies, and MidPen Housing, a non-profit affordable housing organization.
Fay Sien has been recognized as one of the Top Women in Business by the Pacific Coast Business Times and a Top Female Leader in Finance by WeQual. She is a certified public accountant and holds a Master in Accountancy from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
