Dave Lo is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations, with a mission to transform AppFolio by delivering high growth, operating rigor, and reducing the rate of effort required by building foundational capabilities, operational excellence, and execution across a multi-year time horizon.
Prior to joining AppFolio in 2019, Dave was at Intuit for 19 years in a variety of leadership roles including product management, technology, risk, and customer success. His most recent role at Intuit was Vice President of Customer Success and Business Operations, where he led a 350-person organization responsible for supporting global operations and driving transformation in the Customer Success and Business Operations groups. Under his leadership, customer experience supported 11 million contacts annually and over 7,000 agents worldwide, while accelerating adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/machine learning and real-speech analytics.
Dave received his M.B.A. and M.S. in MIS from Boston University and a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. He also holds two issued patents for credit card payments and bank reconciliation.
