I started basically from the bottom and have worked my way up over the years with the support of helpful coworkers, one on one mentoring with the CEO, and push from other leaders. It's a fun work environment with a company that truly cares about its customers and goals.
I really didn't feel nervous at all.
I've had a lot of room to grow and find the position that's perfectly suited for me over the years. I love my coworkers and I love our mission.
