What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone, no matter the age, is fun to be around and really cares about each other.
Just how much of a family it really feels like. Everyone is very supportive, helpful, and just genuinely good, fun people.
We can still have fun while we work, and we all work great as a team and can connect on things outside of work, no matter the age difference or background.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the end of the day, it really feels like family.
Although we work hard, it's a really fun environment. The company encourages healthy work schedules and sparks fun conversations everyone can take part in.
We have a lot of different slack channels and activities going on that creates a fun and engaging environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
