  • very, Chris has a philosophy get it done the other times do what you need to do he's big into family he's got a wife and children as well and he knows what it takes to be away from the family for business he also knows what it's like to spend more quality time with your family so I'm very impressed with them on that regard but as far as business his comment is always been you need to be there be there if you don't don't if you need to spend more time with your family please do just make sure you take care of what you need to take care of

  • The interview actually was quite nice typical questions typical sales processes tools I've used in the past people I've interacted with at a level high and low marketing campaigns processes was very impressed with their sales questions during the interview process

  • During my first meeting I met with their VP of sales I also met with HR just to get a lay of the HR landscape my second meeting with them I met with the VP of sales VP of European sales VP of marketing and again the VP of HR my third and final meeting with them I met with the VP of sales and the CEO of the company and he presented me with the offer in which we went over the offer together with the VP of HR had some discussion and move forward from there Chris left everything in the VP of HR his hands to finalize and we came to an agreement and move forward from there

  • took about 3 hours 1st time met everyone but CEO, HIRING day was tech lead , hr and ceo
