Office is open but allowable for private activity

Rare as people are hired as basis can’t really go to marketing and so on so we all follow our role

Open.. technical is technical... etc.
Laid back but very SAP technical if your going to join the Tech team! Know your SAP, Hana and Cloud

They are growing with their SAP cloud
The managed services is increasing with their SAP Hosting and cloud management...
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Approyo?
Ask the CEO to take some time off to heal.
Ask more staff to come into the office and interact.

We really like the guy! He had neck surgery and he walked away knowing as he said he could trust the team to succeed... He needs to take more time off to heal
He is pretty awesome! He is so much fun to be around and he is a darn smart guy! I really like working with Jim and reporting to him personally...he is a very caring guy towards our team. They care! They give us abilities to work and support customers and the team. They need less food in the cafeteria, I'm gaining weight...

Based on ability! If you kick butt and earn a promotion you will get it, you and I all need to earn it!
