Bad choice. He has failed as the business head for 2 years in a row.

Digital business is doing good.
What are your coworkers at Aptara like?
Co-workers are good. They are victims of systemic issues that have been there forever.
What's the company culture like at Aptara?
Bad, no appraisals or salary corrections. Even night shift and other allowances are not paid. Employee morale across the company is horrendous.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Aptara?
The incumbent leadership team has to go. The current President, in particular, has been with the system for years now and is still thinking in terms of legacy services... and is clearly not the right Leader for the evolving digital transformation space.
