- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Absolutely valued. Managers appreciate and recognize your work frequently and generously!
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I make below my regional average by quite a bit, but they have made no move to correct this. In addition, not only is the Healthcare provided worse than my previous company's, but the premium is also higher.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. One team will tell you one thing, then the next team will come in and tell you something completely different.
