The hands on approach in general

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. One team will tell you one thing, then the next team will come in and tell you something completely different.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely valued. Managers appreciate and recognize your work frequently and generously!
I make below my regional average by quite a bit, but they have made no move to correct this. In addition, not only is the Healthcare provided worse than my previous company's, but the premium is also higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very knowledgeable and co-operative team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Information and communication sharing at all level

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Within my department the culture is great, but I cannot attribute this to Aptean at all. The corporate culture is one of shifting goalposts and unreasonable timelines. Long all hands meetings of no use. Poor communication across teams, including flat out lies.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It feels like the ultimate goal is to outsource all development work to India, leaving only the higher level execs and team leads in their original positions. It's hard to come to work each day knowing they're going to replace you ASAP, or else chase you off with awful deadlines to avoid severance.
