What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Absolutely everything. More importantly, they should take better care of their employees, the technicians are treated like trash, while people at the top reap the benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Front loaded vacation and paid holidays.

They literally don't care. Broken promises and lies, over it.
