What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance and 401k are good!
They pay 80% of them for employee and give us incentives to be healthy.
The health insurance is very good. 401k is generous. My starting pay was not great but I have have had numerous raises to make up for it.
The 401K and Wellness Program are very good
The amount of benefits: vacation time, sick time, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, weekends off, 401K, birthday pay and more

constructive conversations about all topics
They care about you and want you to succeed.
We all work individually, but help each other at a moment's notice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need better communication. Many are great. Some employees are weak or maybe just don't know enough to do their jobs. Training is available for those who will ask for it or make time for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Things can change and you can be a part of the change if you get involved. The owner is an honest person and most of us try to put out quality work.
The casual atmosphere and fun events
Relaxed atmosphere and easy to get time off for important events.
Everyone is made to feel like a member of the family.
