What's the work from home policy like at Aptora?
They are flexible about working from home. Some people take a dedicated day each week and some just as needed.
All but Tech Support are allowed to work from home on occasion. How often depends on how trusted you are by management.
It is a case by case basis. If an employee is known to be responsible and needs a day to work from home it is allowed. It is more the exception not the rule.

401K, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid sick leave, cash bonuses for health milestones
401k match up to 4%. 5 days vacation after 90 days, increased amount in 2nd year and beyond. Paid holidays. Paid Birthday leave. Health Program participation bonuses.

No drug or background test.
They do a background check when hired and can do drug testing but don’t do it as a requirement for employment.

5 days after 90 day probationary period, 10 days the second year and 15 days the third year. They also have a sick/ personal day allotment each year.

Someone who has general manager experience in a 30 person or less company. This person has to be an assertive, go-getter. They need to be a multi-tasking, detail oriented person that isn’t afraid of hard work. Open and honest communication is a must.
