What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked the leadership team because they were very informative and proactive
responds to all of my questions

Listening to their employees and not worrying about covering their a$$es so much.

compensation is offered if hurt on the job

Just to be treated fairly and equally
I wish medical had better benefits
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get rid of the dead weight and yes (people).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with kids in the pool
getting to interact with patrons

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was average. Did not have to come back too many times
They were very understanding especially when I had gaps in m resume they still gave me a chance
very laid back and not too intense

I love my kids that I see every week and subbing
seeing my co-workers and being outside
