In my location, not very helpful. But the overall company has small clusters of very effective people.

Only salaried employees work from home, and are still required to come into the office on a regular basis.
What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at Aramsco? How many hours are you working?
Depends on the branch, it's very competitive. 40+ hours.
