There is a disconnect between almost every department within the company. Inconsistent training and procedures. Top heavy with executives that have no interest in improving conditions for customer facing employees. This company aquires profitable small businesses and destroys them.

Great place to work with very antiquated systems and procedures, really good people, really good possibilities

The branch, Santa Fe Springs, was fractured between receiving, inventory control. Very bad safety culture. Long hours. Very small warehouse for amount of items/companies. No Hazmat protocols. Hard working associates.

Company management totally dysfunctional. The company knows how to acquirer and destroy profitable distributors. Management doesn't have a clue nor care about maintaining customer relationships. Good luck if you take a job with this company!

This place provides comfort for their employees

My direct manager works hard to try and help us but the executive staff is always working against us. Executive management promotes hard work as a way to get ahead but hard work is only rewarded with more work

They try but are limited by lack support by upper management.

Understanding the processes they expect their employees to carry out fully so they can be helpful and encouraging instead of reactive to questions.
