I dont like corporate but the stores in my area are all find
The employees have each other's backs but we're all suffering due to being short staffed, being underpaid people coming in when they're sick, ect. And with this constantly being on us our moods have dipped which brings down the mood of the work environment.
I have been working care for a year and have had three different managers and learn a lot through the other lady who is stayed through the time frame as well. No one else has stayed. The current manager and assistant manager are pretty awesome that we have now.

Some of my team members are super awesome at their job, there is a lot of lazy people but I can’t do anything about that. I fear if the upper management dosnt listen to my concerns more strong workers are going to leav
My team is awesome, but the managers are shitty and they treat team members so bad
Teamwork try keep positive always checking in on each other. Always have each other's back communication.
