Salary and Stock option combination. Very fair and keeps pace with the market.
The environment, people, work culture is excellent.
Fair compensation. Paid appropriately with good stock options. Founders want to ensure that employees have a good stake in the company.

Great events. Family like culture. Everyone looks out for each other.
Good mix of individuals. Get along well. Love the events.
