My team is very knowledgeable and technically astute about our business and are a pleasure to deal with daily.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership does not have a clear understanding of what our consultancy actually does. Lately, they have been turning away clients and projects which smaller companies win instead. Leadership believes our competitors are large companies when in reality small companies are eating our lunch.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is not inspirational and does not fuel the entrepreneurial spirit as it does not bring any new business to the firm nor does leadership have business development goals. Billable hours firm-wide have dropped by over 20% in the last 3 years indicating significant attrition.
