Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pension and health insurance are the bare minimum
They could afofrd to increase compensation by 15% to combat inflation.
Long time employees are shortchanged as increments are limited inflation.
Their very tough negotiating ur salary with barely any frienge benefits
According to the market, I believe my salary should be higher
Just all average while putting in the best, no bonus structure in the company.
The company has not provided any raises above cost of living increases during the past 8 years.
