everyone is divided and in long distance collaboration
Leadership is not inspirational and does not fuel the entrepreneurial spirit as it does not bring any new business to the firm nor does leadership have business development goals. Billable hours firm-wide have dropped by over 20% in the last 3 years indicating significant attrition.
