Better base pay, more transparency in pay & raises
I do not feel undervalued, but a raise to match my experience and contributions to the company would make me feel better about the compensation. Otherwise, the compensation is very good.

while other benefits are good, higher salary would be great as it falls behind industry standards.

Company titles and salary are not commensurate with experience.
Pay and bonuses lag behind other biotechs. Titles also are not consistent with many other biotechs leaving people with titles that sound more junior than the person's actual position. The health insurance benefit is fantastic and a standout for the company.
