Ensure that company culture is encouraged in all departments. Seems some department have very good culture and they hire for both talent and culture but other department do not seem to care about culture fit. Ensure that top to bottom culture is consistent.

Research directions should be made more clearly to research team to know the priorities. Company development is also seems unclear to research as quarterly meeting is not enough. HR should also make better effort to introduce and notify new employees at all levels
Better base pay, more transparency in pay & raises
I do not feel undervalued, but a raise to match my experience and contributions to the company would make me feel better about the compensation. Otherwise, the compensation is very good.
Slight increase in total compensation
while other benefits are good, higher salary would be great as it falls behind industry standards.

Sometimes, I felt it is hard to deal with the contractor, I need to work with them to get important things done in time but it always ends to be me doing the whole thing, this makes me very concern, I hope they can pay more attention to their jobs.

Lack of worklife ballance and respect of non working hours / time off. Micromanaging, cannot differentiate between tasks that need oversight and tasks that direct reports and do. No meaningful action taken after HR complaints of team memeber's refusal to work as a team.
