What's the interview process like at Architecture?
You need to be ready to discuss specific examples of your experience relative to the job, provide a description of challenges experienced and solutions you brought to the table. You need to show more than just a list of jobs/tasks you completed or phases you worked on. Bring tangible and relevant scenarios to the discussion. Be ready to answer technical questions about how you would approach certain scenarios when asked. Always bring samples of your work on poster boards or something that truly speaks to your uniqueness - visuals with architects obviously go a long way so make sure everything you produce for the interview is top notch quality, cleanly designed and well thought out. Interviewing in front of a panel of design professionals is challenging so be sure to understand the culture you are walking into - knowing how to speak to your audience will also go a long way.
