Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No health,no benifita terrible managment
Every since I been with the company out of 6 months I only worked maybe 4 full weeks
Jobs should be completed properly and safely. I shouldn't have to worry about being injured on the job because co-workers treat it like a game and management blows off your concerns.
Because they short me on pay every week
Little to no room for being promoted as a lower level employee. Worked here 4 years and make as much as someone after 1
My paid is to low I'm a driver and I don't get paid what other a people and the company get paid
Making the same as everyone else in the company.
I have been here for almost three years with no raise no benefits
Being treated with dignity and respect for a outstanding and hard work done. Has a underpaid of 10 dollars a hour and not too mention that raises aren't discussed when your time has come for a deserved well deserved dangerous job in question.
Pay us more than what we are being paid for the work and extra work we do.
