What are some of the best things about your team?My immediate team of coworkers those that go out in the field are hard workers most of I had to train myself which is not a part of my job. Yet I'm order to feel safe I had to train them myself so they were knowledgeable in all aspects of our job

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better training at onboarding. Let office managers do recruitment not corporate which has no contact other than phone interviews....Better pay and Benefits reinstate Safety bonuses. Along with keeping PTO
