Certain ones get all the hours some get a hundred a week while some of us barely gettt20
Hire people that care beginning with management and hire employees that are willing to work. And the big one PAY THE EMPLOYEES
FIRE AND REHIRE THE MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS IN EACH FACILITY THEY CUERENTLY PROCESS.
Look in to ways to engage and reward to middle players. Give support to overworked middle players
Bosses & project managers need to do there job as well
