What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very different, which makes for a very diverse team with many different backgrounds and perspectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunities I have available to me and my ability to scale within the company. Also my coworkers make work enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Firstly, the transparency. I feel like we're open and close enough to where I can speak up where I feel warranted without fear of being ridiculed. Secondly, would be the feedback loop. They are constantly looking for ways to do their job as leaders better, which is surprisingly rare.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Goes back to the openess. Everyone is very open with how they are feeling and any issues they may have. It is not the type of environment where people will go behind each others backs but are comfortable enough to talk about anything they may have a problem with.
