What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best thing about our culture is we keep everything lighthearted and celebrate all wins, big or small.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they care about us as people and understand that we are not robots. They keep us happy so we can keep the company happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very close and can talk about virtually any topic in a mature manner. I think they also all care about the other members on the team as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that some people with the same title get paid more for no apparent reason. It sometimes makes me feel that I am not as appreciated as others who perform less.
